1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CommercePulse ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CommercePulse provides ecommerce analytics and business intelligence software as a service (SaaS). Our platform helps small businesses analyze their store performance, track key metrics, and receive AI-powered insights to grow their revenue.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below.

5. Data and Privacy

Your business data remains yours. We use your data solely to provide the Service and generate analytics insights. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

CommercePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

  • Account information (name, email, company details)
  • Ecommerce data from connected stores (orders, customers, products)
  • Usage data and analytics about how you use our Service
  • Communication data when you contact support

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Generate analytics and insights for your business
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions

Information Sharing

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with CommercePulse, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription.

Free Trial

All Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@getcommercepulse.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions beyond the 14-day guarantee period
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Services already rendered (e.g., data exports, custom reports)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current billing period.
